Born on April 14, 1990, in Istanbul, Berkan Kalkan completed his education at Mustafa Saffet Anatolian High School, followed by the Department of Mining Engineering at Istanbul University Faculty of Engineering. After working as a mining engineer in marble quarries for a period of time, he held positions as a marble inspector and international sales specialist in various companies.
He continues to share the experience he has gained in the mining sector with valued customers through BK MARBLE, which he founded in 2023. He has become internationally recognized particularly in the supply of block and cut-to-size marble. Adopting honesty and quality as fundamental principles in business, Berkan Kalkan takes great pride in promoting Turkish marble on a broader international platform.
